We are currently expanding and looking for team members who are motivated to solve and provide solutions for F&B owners.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Assist in accounting tasks including billing, payments and data entry
- Assist Management in preparing quotations and liaising with clients
- Answering of service phone calls and preparing of service reports
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by management
Requirements:
- Min. GCE "O" Level with Certificate or Diploma in Business / Accounting / Finance
- Min. 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office (eg. Words, Excel)
- Experience in accounting software (eg. MYOB, XERO) will be an advantage
- Customer-focused and service-oriented
- Well-spoken and written in English and Mandarin
- Organised and meticulous with good attention to details
- Good time management, resourceful and ability to multi-task
Working Hours:
- 5.5 day work week (Monday - Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday: 9.00am to 1.00pm)
- Salary from $2,500.00/mth
- Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Fresh Graduate
