Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact between clients and the company for sales inquiries and follow ups.
Prepare and process quotation, purchase orders and delivery schedules accurately and promptly.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Assist in the planning and execution of sales strategies to meet company objectives.
Operate boom lifts and scissor lifts safely and efficiently on job sites as required.
Conducts routine checks and ensure the proper functioning of the lifts before operations.
Provide support during equipment demonstrations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Diagnose and perform minor repairs and maintenance of boom lifts and scissor lifts.
Coordinator with external vendors for major repairs and servicing when necessary.
Maintain an inventory of tools and spare parts required for equipment maintenance
Any other duties as assigned by the Management
Requirement
At least ITE/Diploma in Mechanical / Automative Engineering
Minium of 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field
Certified in operating boom lifts and scissor lifts with valid licenses
Proven knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and maintaining boom lifts and scissor lift
Proficiency in various software such as MS Office, MS Projects
Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous
Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
