The role requires the individual to perform a variety of accounting and administrative tasks. These include providing support to the different departments, assisting in the daily office needs and managing of the company’s accounts.
JOB SCOPE
Accounting
- Assist with accounts payable & receivables.
- Payroll management.
- Assist with preparing monthly and quarterly statements and reports.
- Invoice creations and submissions to the clients.
- Getting vendor invoices and updating in QuickBooks.
- GST Submission
- Prepare monthly cashflow and forecasting plan.
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits when required.
- Create and update expenses report.
- Regularly reviewing and following up outstanding payment from.
- Preparing monthly P&L report
Administration
- Support warehouse inventory management.
- General administrative duties.
- Maintaining Human Resource records.
- Maintaining efficient office administration systems.
- Maintain and organise filing system.
- Attend internal and external requests, calls, and emails.
- Attend warehouse deliveries and collections.
- Handling and sort delivery orders.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned time to time.
EDUCATIONAL / SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Accounting / Bachelor of Banking and Finance / Bachelor of Business Administration
- At least 1-2 years of experience in supporting office accounts functions.
- Proficient in MS office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Good English verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to provide additional administrative support when required.
