What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our bespoke tech development solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the IT landscape, a strong track record in sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, identifying new opportunities, and positioning our development services as essential solutions for client needs.
- Establish the sales department for the company including crafting the sales proposition, establishing our sales process and building a sales team
- Grow your portfolio of accounts through relationship building and leveraging industry contacts to establish strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers to sell our solutions to the target customer base.
- Have a strong understanding of the latest technology trends and business needs of clients, thus being able to coordinate across functional teams to bring the right winning team to drive successful solutions and contract closure;
- Meet or exceed sales quotas by identifying new business opportunities, securing deals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through quality products and services provided by Undercurrent.
- Participate in crafting value propositions, preparing proposals, and negotiate contracts to successfully close sales opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on client interactions, sales activities, and general market trends during weekly sales meetings.
We Would Love To Hear From You If You Have:
- Possess at least a Diploma with a background in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
- Min. 5 years of sales experience within the IT Services industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions
- Strong knowledge/ interested of IT products and solutions in Information Technology
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation and deal maker skills
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders preferred
- Dynamic and able to adjust in a fast-paced environment
