We are looking for Senior/ Lead technical recruiter who is passionate, enthusiastic and have great learning attitude .
Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Understanding client’s requirements of various job orders in depth
- Working with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
- Strategically attracting , sourcing the candidates by using database and various sources such social network & job portals
- Determine hiring needs and develop a hiring plan.
- Managing, consolidating, and growing client base
- Managing candidates and facilitating agreements with clients
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or Master’s in HR with atleast 5-8 years of recruitment experience in high-tech sector.
- Proven track record in semiconductor /IT recruitment
- Must have Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) .
- demonstrate high level of learning agility.
- Expert knowledge of HR databases and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong decision-making ability
