Job Scope:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Determine and assess resource requirements for construction projects
- Oversee feasibility studies, technical designs, and project specifications
- Lead and manage the construction team, including contractors, subcontractors, and site workers
- Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and local regulations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor project budget and expenditures
- Prepare and submit cost estimates, progress reports, and budgetary updates
- Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and equipment
- Ensure that all construction work meets the required standards of quality
- Perform site inspections and resolve any on-site issues
- Ensure timely delivery of the project while maintaining quality benchmarks
- Maintain clear communication with the client, providing regular updates on project progress
- Manage conflicts and issues that arise between the construction team and stakeholders
- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and properly filed
- Ensure all construction work complies with safety regulations and legal requirements
- Respond to emergencies and implement contingency plans. Undertake any other duties assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirement:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field
- Having Certificate or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination will be advantageous
- Minimum 15 years and above experiences in construction project management or a related role
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and timelines effectively
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Ability to visit construction sites and manage on-site tasks as needed
- Willingness to work long hours, including weekends, to meet project deadlines
- Able to attend to emergency call due to project and works needs beyond office hours
