Job Responsibilities

• Reports to the Senior Trade Manager for assigned service management
• Prepare the voyage-based allocation for areas and control/optimize the ultilization to ensure profitability of the service
• Actively steer and optimize the ultilization as well as the profitability
• Actively manage the slot control activities including slot purchase and sale
• Manage the communication and coordination with partners on operational processes
• Decision-making for ad hoc schedule adjustments / optimizations in collaboration with sales and operation team
• Support in the preparation of the monthly and weekly volume and revenue reports
• Participate in trade and service optimization

Requirements and Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics/ Shipping/ Transportation or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Shipping
• Analytical, systematic, and efficient way of work
• Motivated, proactive and reliable

About the Program

Our graduate program is designed to prepare you for an international career within Shipping & Logistics, Business Development, Finance, Procurement or Innovations & Project Management.

We offer you a two-year journey, where you will get international experience and the tools required to make a difference in the industry.

After the two-year program, you will be ready to take on a key role at one of our office location around the world.

Graduate's Journey

During the 2-year program, you will have multiple rotations in several different countries across Europe, Asia Pacific, and United Arab Emirates, including our rotations at our Headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark and head office in Mumbai, India to ensure that you get full insight into how we run our business. The first rotation will be planned in your home country (or branch office located closest to your country of residence) to facilitate your smooth adaptation to Unifeeder environment.

Furthermore, you:

• Have recently graduated (or will graduate in the Summer of 2024) with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Transport & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Shipping and Trade, Finance and/or Accounting, Information Technology Management, International Business or similar.
• Speak and write English fluently
• Are ready to live and work internationally
• Preferably have intertional experience outside your home country (work, study or project abroad)
• Are 100% mobile to pursue a further career abroad
