To make sure all staff are fully informed on the target for the day, and ensure that customer care is top priority.
Supervise actions of the retail sales associates within his/her department.
Ensure items are in stock and maintain inventory.
Monitor local competitors.
Manage different departments in the store.
Assist sales staff in achieving sales targets.
Able to carry heavy load of goods.
Ability to multi-task.
Able to work in different location/branch
