The SAP ERP domain technical business analyst plays an important role in bridging the technical and business aspects. This role involves understanding current ERP related business processes and assist the DnA team with respect to SAP ECC and future S/4HANA intricacies, collaborate with business on requirements gathering for new use case projects and support production operations team on-demand.

Domain and BA Expertise

• Possess knowledge of SAP and/or S/4HANA ERP modules and functionalities
• Have experience as SAP Technical BA role supporting functions such as Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply chain etc.
• Understand business processes and workflows.
• Analyze how SAP data impacts business operations and decision-making.
• Experience on projects related to some of the use cases such as   procurement analytics, Supply chain analytics, BOM analysis, Enterprise finance performance reports, product and customer segmentation analysis reports, Inventory management etc.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis

• Assist new DnA use cases/projects gathering detailed functional and technical requirements from business users and/or Infineum functional consultants
• Understand the data sources, structure, and relationships within the SAP for the use case requested modules
• Analyze and translate business needs into clear technical specifications.

DnA technical team collaboration for ETL/ELT and BI development

• Collaborate with data modeler defining conceptual, logical and physical enterprise data warehouse model for SAP data
• Collaborate with data engineers to define data mapping, extraction methods , transformation rules and presentation layer business logic
• Collaborate with Powe BI developers on business logic development/testing
• Assist the DnA team to define data quality rules and Implementing data masking, anonymization, and access controls as needed

DnA support and operations

• Assist DnA Ops team in Identifying and troubleshoot data-related issues, collaborating with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Assist the team on Implementing preventive measures to avoid recurring data problems.

Data Quality and Governance

• Work with data governance and business teams to establish data quality standards and compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational data governance policies

Technical Solution Design

• Collaborate with data engineers and architects on the solution documentation. Ensure solutions align with SAP best practices and standards.

Testing and Validation

• Develop test scenarios and validate data processes.  Participate in system and integration testing.

Documentation and Training

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong SAP Technical BA experience with core understanding of ECC/HANA systems and modules such as Finance, Procurement, Supply chain etc.

Responsibilities:

• Support of the design, development, and management of network, servers, virtualization and monitoring systems for new and existing park attractions.

• Deployment of Servers and virtual environments, including but not limited to UCS, VMWare, Windows servers 2018 and 2021.

• Support of the design of 3-tier and ISA-99 defense-in-depth network models to enforce security and increase network segregation and security among ride show networks.

• Design and execution of acceptance testing strategies including regular auditing of existing control networks and servers for predictive maintenance purposes.

• Participate in reviews of attraction data center architecture and ensure appropriate security, scalability, safety, redundancy, reliability, and sustainability design strategies are in place and are given proper weighting in the design objectives.

• Supporting the enhancement and maintenance of existing Datacenters.

• Working with corporate and enterprise network IT to ensure successful partnering and uptime requirements for networks & datacenters.

• Implementation and support of the next generation of shared services for ride show networking.

• Development of a strategy for fault management, including metrics and reporting.

• Generate system level documentation and manuals.

• Oversee existing attraction architecture renovations and updates. Understand hardware and firmware currently in use and ensure updates as appropriate for upgraded and obsolete equipment. Remain current with latest technology regarding hardware, software and security.

• Provide design and maintenance support for all attractions including training controls and tech services personnel.

• Maintain configuration management of hardware and software documentation.

• Partner with IT to ensure proper access, accountability, and processes.

• Ensure Engineering & Tech Services PCs integrate with various tools and programs that are required with technology in the field.

• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established corporate policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

• Be willing to work nights, weekends and peak periods as required. Be on call for park support.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Good experience with IT networking

• Experience in Data Center and virtualization technologies (UCS, VMware ESXi, vSphere, vSAN, vCenter and Windows Server, Linux Server)

• Experience with common network services, SNMP, Syslog, DNS, NTP, DHCP, AD, etc.

• Analyze network performance using Wireshark and provide root cause analysis, recommendations, guidance, and expertise in maintaining the highest level of Performance.

• Experience in deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining UCS Servers

• Experience in deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining VMWare and Windows server 2016, 2018 and 2021

• Perform complex troubleshooting, backup, archiving, and recovery

• Strong documentation skills
