Responsibilities
- Classify the received Parts into self-repair/outside-repair/Stage/Scrap/Return and place them on the corresponding racks of each Category, and convert the ePMS Level 1 order into a Level 2 order.
- Open bidding and repair the Parts to be sent to the manufacturer for repair, and convert the ePMS second-level order into a third-level order and issue a warehouse receipt.
- Each unit listed on the front of the maintenance will be sent to the Parts for repair, and after completion, the ePMS secondary order will be converted into a closed case and returned to the warehouse
- FAB Urgent case support : The original factory has no ingredients, or the unit price is very high and the seasoning is urgently needed
- Track and manage the progress of the repaired items sent by the manufacturer for repair, and control the Parts Repair work for Cycle time; provide USER query
- Key/Special Component Sourcing (for Parts that are discontinued or unreasonably priced).
- Parts Sourcing / Replacement Solution for Old Discontinued Machines
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in semiconductor related technology equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of Servo control loop will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and able to handle stress effectively.
