United Raw Material Pte Ltd is an Import & Export company trading in various products worldwide since 2006. We are looking for a "Trade Finance Executive" to handle the following responsibilities very efficiently.
- Meet Bankers for enhancement & smooth functioning of trade facilities.
- Managing smooth functioning of all the office activities
- Analyse the gaps that can help company save on the expenses
- Design effective system for faster & effective functioning of all the employees
- Management of the office staff along with duties of HR
- Management & collection of rent of the offices rented out by the company
- Maintain healthy atmosphere in the office.
- Responsibly handle documents in the office.
- Ensure proper handling & filing of documentation of trades.
Besides, you will also need to handle the following part as your work profile which would demonstrate growth in your carreer.
- Prepare documents & apply Import & Export Trade Finance applications with banks.
- Follow-up with Banks for processing of Financing documents.
- Management of petty cash, cheques & respective vouchers.
- Additional tasks, as required, can be deployed to you during the employment.
- Develop Sales in the Company if your forte would include International Export Sales.
The candidate must be local Singaporean or Singapore PR.
The Job timings will be 9 AM to 6 PM.
Experience in Banking / Trade Finance / Export Sales would be an added advantage.
You will be reimbursed with Salary & paid Leave as per Government norms.
