Handle general enquiries and manage patients’ appointment..
- Assist physiotherapists during rehabilitation and daily programme of the rehab centre
- Handle general enquiries and manage patients’ appointment schedule
- Maintain cleanliness of centre including cleaning of floor, pantry, treatment plinths and exercise equipment on a daily basis
- When needed, provide porter service to patients and elderly to-and-fro rehab centre and drop-off porch/carpark/bus-stop
- When needed, perform administrative tasks such as issuing invoices, printing documents
Requirements
- Relevant healthcare or related professional certificate
- Candidates with clinic/rehab assistant or admin experience will be added advantage
