ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will own the product development of the Unravel Carbon platform. This person will have a high-level of autonomy, responsibility and agency to shape the future of how our platform will serve corporations in measuring, tracking and reducing their emissions, along with the ecosystem that surrounds it. We are looking for a high-energy high-impact leader who can materially shift the needle on reducing the effort and increasing the capabilities our customers have through our platform. The role will involve direct engagement with our founders on strategic and tactical decisions.

• Collaborate with engineering, data scientists and analysts, design, sales, and other stakeholders to define a strategy, and deliver delightful and impactful experiences for clients
• Own our product roadmap and backlog, prioritising the most impactful initiatives while weighing other factors such as resourcing, feedback, customer requirements
• Help us build our carbon engine which enables the granular insights we provide
• Work closely with design, engineering and sales teams to deliver an enterprise analytics product that allows our clients to study relevant and personalised carbon emission insights
• Be a champion of our customers and stay on top of market insights trends
• Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of your work
• Uphold and help instil a culture of excellence and operating rigour for the broader team
• Depending on your experience, this role may involve management of a team of product managers / designers

ABOUT YOU

• 5+ years of product management in software / technology - preference for domain experience on technical projects and/or working closely with data scientists
• Highly effective written & spoken communication skills at the team and executive level
• Track record building & shipping products in a cross-team environment in a high-growth environment
• Proven ability to prioritise competing commitments and requests, manage stakeholders (including “managing up”), and have the flexibility to adapt to changing responsibilities
• Proven ability to execute rapidly and bring at-risk projects back on track

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Designer you will help realise the company's vision and mission by crafting highly usable and engaging experiences for our customers. You will work closely with multidisciplinary team - developers, product managers, designers, data scientists, sales and BD and our founders.

• Own product experiences end-to-end, contributing to product strategy and vision
• Help craft and own the design process from exploration, ideation, validation, user flows to high fidelity UI
• Generate information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
• Participate and lead usability testing (and other research methods)
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, data and sales to influence product development, culture, processes and practices
• Work cross-functionally to build and ship your designs

ABOUT YOU

• You are a junior to mid level designer with 1+ years of experience and a strong portfolio across software products (bonus for B2B or sustainability domain products)
• You excel in complex problem spaces, and bring clarity to your teams through your mastery of the design process
• You have experience working with Product and Engineering in various aspects of product creation and development
• You have strong working knowledge of UX and UI best practices in product design
• You treat design as a craft, have a passion for visual design and details
• You are an excellent communicator and storyteller who can distil complex topics in a clear and concise way across the different levels of the organisation
• Strong working knowledge of Figma (as core product design tool), Miro, any other prototyping tool is a bonus. Adobe Suite is a plus
• Bonus: Experience in designing design systems or working with one
• Bonus skills: UX writing, UI animation, Illustration, knowledge of Webflow and Web Design
