To be effective in the role

• Be part of the Client Services Team to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and to resolve any enquiries that clients may have
• Proactively touch base with our clients to ensure they complete the client onboarding process
• Reach out to clients to ensure customer experience is positive, promote new features and service and ongoing promotion.
• Be proficient in the traditional mediums of customer contact, call-ins, emails, online chats and also social media responses
• Attend to clients’ enquiries on our product offerings, account opening / management matters and general enquiries
• Reach out to our internal base of clients for their account matters
• Perform simple trade executions and liquidations for margin calls
• Process account opening review and follow up, make sure the account opened accurately and timely.
• Dealing in Securities, placing trade for clients.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity in the equities or investment industry
• Familiar with financial products like equities, funds and services
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Accreditation in CMFAS 1a, 6 and 6a.
• Expected to work closely with overseas office in China and Hong Kong hence proficiency in mandarin will be an added plus
• Fresh graduates with keen interest in financial markets, and driven character will also be considered

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Business Development professional to join our Marketing team. This role requires a strong understanding of partnership models in the financial market and the ability to identify and develop customer relationships that align with our business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partnership Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with partnership models within the financial market, understanding the characteristics and pricing logic of financial products.
• Customer Insight: Develop a deep understanding of the customer structure in the financial industry to identify potential customer needs and determine target customer profiles.
• Product Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop financial services that meet customer needs, actively engage in marketing initiatives, and leverage strong organizational and service-oriented skills to work efficiently with the conversion service team to achieve business goals.
• Marketing Engagement: Lead marketing efforts aimed at customer acquisition and retention, utilizing insights to optimize strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer acquisition within the securities, wealth management, or financial industries. Experience working with overseas brokers is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Strategy

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for the growth and distribution of structured investment products (e.g., structured notes, derivatives, alternative investments) through IFAs and other distribution channels.
• Build and execute a comprehensive business development plan to increase revenue and market share for structured products.
• Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor products to ensure the firm’s offerings remain competitive and aligned with market demand.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes, market developments, and emerging investment trends in the structured products space to inform product strategy.

2. Structured Product Development & Management

• Collaborate with the product development and investment teams to design, launch, and optimize structured products that cater to the needs of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and institutional clients.
• Customize solutions for clients by tailoring structured products to match their risk appetite, investment goals, and market outlook.
• Regularly monitor the performance of structured products, gather feedback from clients and IFAs, and identify opportunities for product improvements or new product offerings.

3. IFA Relationship Management & Distribution

• Establish, nurture, and manage relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), private bankers, and wealth managers to promote structured products and drive sales.
• Conduct regular training sessions, seminars, and one-on-one meetings with IFAs to enhance product knowledge, increase awareness, and ensure they are equipped to effectively promote the firm’s offerings.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for IFAs, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them meet their clients' investment needs.
• Expand the company’s distribution network by identifying and partnering with new IFAs, brokers, and financial advisors to enhance market penetration.

4. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets for structured products within the IFA channel.
• Work closely with sales teams and relationship managers to drive structured product sales through effective client engagement and targeted marketing efforts.
• Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded.

5. Client Relationship Management & Solutioning

• Engage directly with high-net-worth clients to understand their financial objectives and tailor structured investment solutions that align with their needs.
• Provide personalized product recommendations, portfolio construction advice, and in-depth product knowledge to ensure clients receive exceptional service and value.
• Strengthen relationships with key clients and partners, acting as a trusted advisor in the wealth management and structured products space.

6. Market & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify emerging trends in structured products and the broader wealth management space.
• Use market intelligence to refine product positioning, pricing strategies, and distribution tactics, ensuring the firm’s products remain differentiated and competitive.
• Prepare and present detailed market reports and insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.

7. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure that all structured products and related activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to monitor regulatory changes, ensuring the company remains in full compliance in all regions of operation.
• Ensure that risks associated with structured products are well understood, communicated, and managed effectively.

8. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Track and report on product performance, client feedback, sales achievements, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
• Provide regular updates on the business development efforts, highlighting key opportunities, challenges, and progress towards goals.

9. Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CFP (Certified Financial Planner), or other relevant qualifications are highly desirable.

Experience:

• Strong experience in managing and developing relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and other distribution channels.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets for structured products or similar investment offerings.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or product management within wealth management or financial services, with a focus on structured products.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of structured products, including derivatives, structured notes, and alternative investments.
• Excellent business development, sales, and relationship management skills, with the ability to work closely with IFAs and clients.

Responsibility:

• Maintain full set of accounts including timely monthly closing with supporting schedules and reconciliations.
• Posting journal entries that comply with internal control and audit requirements.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly and yearly Fnancial statements and disclosure notes.
• Process customer deposits and withdrawals
• Perform bank/broker reconciliations and daily settlement payments Reconcile accounts and provide analysis for the organization's financial transactions.
• Prepare corporate tax computation for provisional purposes.
• Assist in budgeting and variance analysis.
• Reporting system errors, discrepancies and liaising with IT teams to resolve the issues.
• Prepare regulatory reporting with the authorities such as MAS, ACRA, IRAS, etc.
• Assist in management reporting including financial analysis and propose recommendations to management.
• Other tasks assigned by project basis.

Requirements:

• University degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or any Finance-related discipline.
• Professional qualification like ACCA or CPA is will plus point.
• Min 2 years working experience in Finance function in securities industry.
• Profcient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's global presence by developing and maintaining relationships with corporate channel partners.

Responsibilities:

• Partner Development: Identify, contact, and coordinate with corporate channel partners across various regions to enhance the promotion of the company’s products and brands in the global market.
• Channel Research: Conduct thorough research to identify corporate channels across multiple digital platforms, aiming to build powerful brand experiences that resonate with target audiences.
• Content Review and Analysis: Review, track, and evaluate content (including outlines, scripts, videos, and articles) provided by collaboration partners, ensuring quality and alignment with marketing goals.
• Partnership Management: Actively maintain and nurture partnerships with business collaborators, continuously updating them on new benefits, product launches, and upcoming activities.
• Negotiation and Follow-Up: Negotiate and follow up on cooperative agreements to ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality content that supports the company's marketing initiatives.
