1. Must have CEI (Basic) certificate
2. Source, interview and evaluate candidates
3. Facilitate placement process, including recommending suitable candidates to clients and scheduling interviews between clients and candidates.
4. Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, facilitating clear and effective communication.
5. Possess data analysis skills to identify trends, assess the success of placement strategies and make data-driven decisions.
6. Ensure background checks, verify references and authenticity of candidates' documentation are done by the team
7. Ensure accurate records of candidates and client information are done by the team
8. Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to maintain client records and track interactions.
9. Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) for tasks such as creating reports, managing spreadsheets, and communicating with clients.
