Job Title: Procurement Engineer

Location: Singapore

Work Hours : Rotational Shift , including Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve project objectives.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify material requirements and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including RFQs, purchase orders, and reports.
• Analyze market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management within the engineering or construction industry.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.

KeyResponsibilities/Duties

• Work closely with the Safety department and operations team to develop, implement, maintain and improve WSHE Management Systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance to MOM safety requirements and all workers comply with safety regulations
• Perform safety audits and inspection of worksites to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance Identify and recommend best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce ECO risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices
• Responsible for accident reporting and investigations including near misses and any industrial disease contracted in the project
• Identify environmental issues and recommend measures to rectify the irregularities
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Good knowledge of WSH Act and other WSH related
• At least 5 years relevant experience in the construction industry

-To lead a sales and marketing team. -Supervises sales to new and existing customers, and evaluates sales performance.

-Able to lead the implementation of new sales initiatives and strategies.

-Supervises the development of marketing programs and materials such as advertising, event support, and online promotions.

-Additionally, Sales and Marketing Supervisor ensures sales and marketing data is collected, stored, and analyzed properly.

-Reports to a manager. -The Sales and Marketing Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs.

-Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. -Has some authority for personnel actions.

-Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.
