Position Overview
We are a CMS-licensed company in Singapore specializing in the foreign exchange industry, and we are looking for a Digital Product Manager to take ownership of the company’s entire portfolio of digital products. This pivotal role requires end-to-end management of digital product initiatives, from conceptualization to execution, with a strong focus on enhancing user experience, driving growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance in the highly dynamic forex market.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Product Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of all digital products, from strategic planning to tactical execution and optimization.
- Lead the creation, launch, and continuous improvement of digital platforms and tools that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement product strategies that align with business goals and market demands in the forex sector.
- Prioritize product features and updates, balancing customer needs, market trends, and compliance requirements.
- Market Analysis and Growth
- Conduct in-depth market research, including competitor analysis, to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
- Generate innovative ideas to grow market share, enhance customer experience, and drive product adoption.
- Customer-Centric Innovation
- Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to identify product enhancements and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Design and implement user-centric solutions tailored to the unique needs of forex market participants.
- Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure all digital products comply with CMS licensing requirements and regulatory standards in Singapore and other operating jurisdictions.
- Collaborate closely with compliance teams to integrate necessary controls and safeguards into product designs.
- Technology and Partner Integration
- Evaluate and onboard technology partners to enhance product capabilities and streamline operations.
- Oversee integration of APIs, trading platforms, and other digital tools critical to the forex industry.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technology, compliance, and customer support, to align product initiatives with organizational goals.
- Serve as the primary advocate for digital product excellence across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in fintech, forex, or financial services industries.
- Deep understanding of the foreign exchange market, trading platforms, and associated digital technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management in financial services.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CMS licensing regulations and compliance in Singapore.
- Experience in agile development methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other product management platforms.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and trading software.
