Venturez Engineering is conducting CoreTrade training and other construction courses. We are the appointed partner for various A1 construction firms to conduct the training and the sales process. We are also one of the key players in this industry.
Construction Registration of Tradesmen, or CoreTrade, is a registration scheme, administered by the Building and Construction Authority, for skilled and experienced construction personnel in the various key construction trades. After passing out, construction firms enjoy low levy, extended work years in Singapore & other various benefits.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess superb negotiation/communication skills as our potential clients are usually the decision-makers / top management. He/she shall look forward to attractive remuneration packages.
Job Description
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Keep prospective client database updated.
- Make cold calls for new business leads.
- Set appointments for business presentation.
- Support in writing new business proposals.
- Accounts servicing for existing customers.
- Manage KPI with little/no supervision.
Basic salary: Starting from $2200 to $2500
Commission: $400 (tier 1) to $1500 (tier 3)
Incentive: $500 (tier 1) to $3500 (tier 3)
