2. Customer Engagement: Engage with Venuexplorer users to provide information, answer queries, and assist with booking inquiries. Maintain excellent customer service standards to enhance user satisfaction.
3. Event Planning Support: Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events offered through Venuexplorer's corporate events platform. Collaborate with the events team to ensure smooth event operations.
4. Market Research:Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the event and venue rental industry. Provide insights and recommendations to improve our services.
5. Content Creation: Contribute to content creation for Venuexplorer's website and social media platforms. Help develop engaging blog posts, articles, and promotional materials.
6. Data Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing user data to identify user behavior patterns and preferences. Use data-driven insights to enhance the user experience.

Qualifications:
