· Perform fish-cutting, merchandising, and in-depth knowledge of fish trimming and demonstrated ability in knife handling and use of other cutting equipment.
· Weigh, clean, and cut all types and sizes of fishes of all sizes for customers accurately according to standards and requirements.
· Upkeep freshness and ensure high quality standards when handling goods at the cutting station, displaying goods at seabed and arranging goods.
· Attend to customer’s queries and needs promptly in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner to achieve customer satisfaction.
· Perform assigned duties diligently at the workplace by observing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Food Safety and Work Safety Standards.
· Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, cleanliness, personal grooming, and hygiene.
· Any other adhoc duties as per assigned.
