As a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, your job duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

• Lead and direct the detailed forecast and budget process of the Group and its affiliated companies, with the objective to efficiently manage the cash flows, funding process and finance functions of the Group.
• Identify operational and financial risks and provide financial insights, projections and analysis, and recommend solutions to facilitating the Group and Senior Management to make decisions and enhance the Group's operational strategies.
• Work along with the Finance Function and Investment Committee personnel of the Group to prepare, review, assess and monitor financial models and forecasts of investments and projects of the Group.
• Report into the CEO to drive improvements for providing resources, fund flow planning and insightful analysis of assigned projects of the Group.
• Lead and prepare respective financial modelling and reforecasting, fund flows and variance analysis to ensure that the CEO and Senior Management of the Group are well informed of any potential financial risks, including but not limited to financial reporting risks and tax risks of existing and potential investments/businesses of the Group.
• Work along with the Finance Function personnel of the Group to provide regular analytical review and management reports to the CEO and Senior Management for the Group's financial status, and explaining variances of budget to forecasts.
• Produce and communicate ad-hoc tasks for financial analysis and/or needs as assigned by the CEO.
• Contribute to and drive development of the finance platform by working closely with Technology/IT, Investments, Finance and other relevant personnel as appropriate.
• Support the development of existing and potential IT systems (including Finance, and Governance platform) to reduce the dependency on manual works, and improve efficiencies, operational workflows, governance and controls for the Group.

3. Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain relationships with external investment managers, advisors, and service providers.

· Ensure alignment of investment objectives by co-ordinating with team members, internal stakeholders and the ultimate beneficial owner.

4. Due Diligence:

· Design and lead due diligence on investment managers, funds, and direct investments to ensure alignment with the family office's investment strategy and risk tolerance.

· Evaluate legal, financial, and operational aspects of potential investments.

5. Reporting and Compliance:

· Keep abreast of market developments, economic indicators and regulatory changes whilst regularly updating senior management and stakeholders on fund performance.

· Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal controls.

6. Continuous Learning and Development:

· Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and investment strategies.

· Continuously improve investment analysis techniques and methodologies.
