Job Responsibilities:
- General office administration: Assist with day-to-day office duties and any other tasks assigned by the Manager or Director.
- Prepare monthly reports: Compile sales reports and create meeting slides for presentations.
- Handle documents: Ensure timely processing of documents and forms for signature and submission.
- Manage mail: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Update sales reports: Track progress for contests and challenges related to sales performance.
- Customer support: Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Reception duties: Provide support for reception tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum O-level education.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience.
- Good in MS office
Working hour: 8.30am-6pm, 5 days
