We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our team and support our finance and operations.
Job Description:
As a Part-Time Admin Assistant at Vibefam, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth month-end processes. You will be responsible for managing accounts receivables, updating financial records, calculating payroll, and performing various administrative tasks as needed. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and can manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Month-End Closing: Assist in tallying accounts receivable and ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded.
- Invoice Management: Follow up with clients on unpaid invoices and assist in the collection process.
- Expense Updates: Regularly update Xero with business expenses and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Payroll: Calculate employee payroll, including deductions and benefits, and generate payslips in a timely manner.
- Ad-Hoc Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all financial transactions and documents.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administration, accounting, or finance (preferably in an SME or fitness-related environment).
- Proficient in accounting software, ideally Xero (or similar platforms).
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and payroll processes.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Additional Information:
- Flexible working hours (around 2-20 hours per week), though you will be expected to commit to at least 20 hours per week in the first week of the month.
