Coordinate the different technical activities (conceptual design, built, mobilisation, commission, maintenance and repair) in own focus area.
Prepare and request budget for technical activities (based on detailed specifications), manage actuals and present views.
Ensure conceptual, basic and detailed design is executed according to needs defined and in accordance with compliance regulations.
Write technical specifications to workshops/shipyards, suppliers and service providers for technical asset production, repair and/or maintenance, evaluate proposals and decide on parties, in accordance with Technical Specifications and in agreement with Technical Manager, draft contract/PO and ensure execution/delivery according to these agreements.
Have relevant expertise in the technical field, keep up with relevant developments in the own area and related areas of expertise and contribute to the (technical) field by developing new, state of the art knowledge and exchanging knowledge with colleagues
Relevant tertiary qualifications/Degree/Diploma/Master in Science or Engineering (or equivalent knowledge and experience)
With minimum 7 years of relevant work experience

Clean designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas, to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
Handle and dispose of cleaning materials safely and according to guidelines.
Inspect areas for cleanliness and report any maintenance or repair needs.
Maintain painting and cleaning equipment in good working condition.
Follow all safety protocols while performing painting and cleaning tasks.
Assist with other general maintenance duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
• Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster) Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
• To carry out spray painter process/tasks, including preparation and operations of spray system and setting up of parts on appropriate machines
• To perform production and spray related tasks as and when assigned by immediate supervisor
• Ensure works are carried out according to schedules and are on target to completion.

Requirement:
