Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of local dishes in accordance with recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared and served to the highest quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Handle food items safely, following food hygiene regulations.
- Work efficiently to meet orders during peak times.
- Assist in inventory control and stock management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
- Knowledge of Singaporean cuisine and local flavors is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines.
