• Responsible for BIM setup and implementation.

Requirements:

• Specialist Diploma in BIM.
• Minimum of 6 years related work experience in BIM implementation, design and drafting.
• Trained in BIM Modelling and BIM Management.
• Proficiency and in-depth working knowledge of BIM of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit MEP/Structural/C&S and Navisworks, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Report to Project Manager.
• Responsible for on-site technical and engineering matters.
• Supervise & coordinate day-to-day site works, including sub-contract works, safety and quality control.
• Coordinate with Archi, C&S, M&E, BIM team on drawings, BIM models and site activities.
• Site inspection & upkeep of site record.
• Attend meetings, liaise with consultants, clients, etc.

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore PE Board.

Responsibilities:

• Clerical support to Contracts Department.
• Admin duties to Contracts Department.
• Prepare sub-contract document/agreement, purchase order.
• Manage and control sub-contract document/agreement, ensuring timeliness and completeness of document records.
• Review sub-contract document/agreement under the guidance of Contracts Manager.
• Maintain filing system of the Contracts Department.
• Admin duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• 5 days work-week.

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of all technical matters involving designs, construction methods, work procedures, quality control and document control.
• Provide technical support to project team and to project tender team when required.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate and support the construction and all disciplines within the project, ensuring design requirements are met.
• Review technical specifications and resolve technical queries.
• Attend meetings, conduct site inspections, detect design/technical issues and drawing discrepancies.
• Ensure all drawings/BIM models are prepared and updated timely and accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date record of project activities, project timeline and progress.
• Work closely with client and consultants on project deliverables, ensuring project requirements are met.

• Conduct daily Workplace Safety and Health inspection and recommend corrective measures.
• Maintain site safety and health records.
• Conduct safety and health talks, in-house training and toolbox meetings.
• Investigate all accidents and implement corrective measures.
• Independent in leading the team in relevant client or mandatory audits.
