Job Responsibilities:
1. Act as the project manager for the client's post-signing delivery services, assisting the client with data integration and ensuring the client's activation and continued use of the product.
Specifically includes:
- Communicate with clients to prepare project plans and project timelines based on client requirements, organize relevant meetings, and manage and drive the project progress.
- Manage client's data integration requirements, collect and prepare related resources.
- Collaborate with the product development team to complete the customized development of data integration based on Python.
- Assist clients in importing accounts and transactions, and complete account balance verification based on data integration work to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the financial consulting team to deliver financial solutions to clients.
2. Build a product community of satisfied customers, collect customer feedback and testimonials, and write customer case studies.
3. Develop optimal action plans and execute on product upsell opportunities as they arise. Responsible for helping to complete renewals and reminding sales specialists to assist customers with the purchase process.
4. Ensure that customers continue to use the product to ensure the sustainability of the monthly fee revenue, and conduct quarterly visits to the responsible customers.
Competency Requirements:
1. 5-8 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, data implementation, or data development, with a minimum qualification of Degree or equivalent.
2. Excellent Python development skills, familiar with data development packages such as pandas, numpy, etc., familiar with blockchain industry-related data structure, able to independently research data requirements and complete code development.
3. Experience in project management (data integration, digitization, consulting projects, etc.), able to formulate project proposals and plans, and organize project meetings
Additional Points
1. Experience with blockchain industry is a plus.
2. Financial background or related experience, CPA-related qualification.
3. Fluent in English and Chinese to communicate with stakeholders.
