We are looking for an experienced digital piano technician to join our regional team. The role is based in Singapore and will be focused on delivering the best possible customer service for the musical instrument repair industry. We want somebody who is self-driven, passionate, and very organized. Someone who matches our spirit and desire and to keep challenging ourselves to push to be the best in the industry.

As a Freelance Digital Piano Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining digital pianos for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of digital piano technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

●      Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with digital pianos, including electrical, mechanical, and software-related problems.

●      Perform repairs and maintenance on various models of digital pianos.

●      Conduct regular inspections and tune-ups to ensure optimal performance.

●      Provide detailed reports on the condition and necessary repairs for each instrument.

●      Offer expert advice and guidance to clients regarding the care and maintenance of their digital pianos.

●      Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital piano technology and repair techniques.

●      Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.

●      Communicate effectively with clients and supporting teammates to schedule appointments and provide updates on repair progress.

●      Proven experience as a digital piano technician or similar role.

●      Strong knowledge of digital piano technology, including hardware, software, and electronics.

●      Proficient in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.

●      Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

●      Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

●      Strong communication and customer service skills.

●      Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (on-site work is required).

●      Certification or formal training in digital piano repair or a related field. (Preferred)

●      Experience working with a variety of digital piano brands and models. (Preferred)

●      Familiarity with MIDI technology and software. (Preferred)

●      Competitive hourly rate or per-job payment, based on experience and scope of work.

- Prepare a variety of sandwiches and other menu items following specific recipes and presentation standards.

- Coordinate with other kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and communication.

As a professional educator, you will be the face of Swee Lee Music Academy and shall work closely with our team to provide professional and reliable services at all times. You will provide quality lessons on playing musical instruments to students (adults and children) in Swee Lee Music Academy.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and preparing lessons in relation to individual pupils' needs and examination syllabuses (Trinity College of London Rock & Pop, Rockschool, etc).
• Teaching music theory, aural skills and practical techniques to students.
• Assessing students’ abilities, providing feedback to parents, so as to ensure good and constant progress.
• Ensuring you have up-to-date knowledge and awareness of examination requirements
• Daily management of your own lesson schedule, and follow up with the academy administrator to ensure that all class and student information are accurate and all payments are up-to-date.
• Forward all feedback and complaints to the Music Academy Director, Store Branch Manager and Academy Administrator to work together to resolve any issues and ensure that students and parents are satisfied with the service rendered.

• Relevant music qualifications and grades, although not essential for becoming a private school music instructor, will be very helpful. Teaching experience will also be beneficial in your application.
