Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and schedule sales visit on a regular basis as determined by the management, to build effective relationship and provide excellent service to the customers and ensure consistent standards are maintained.
• Feedback on product quality and complaints from customers and consumers.
• Secure visible shelve space based on planogram and setup displays to attract shoppers’ and consumers’ attention. Tidying in-store shelves and removing damaged stock.
• Ensure stocks freshness and reduction in expired products.
• Assist sales team with special promotions by setting-up special in-store displays and window displays.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales team in managing inventory, trade promotion, activities execution and placing of orders to replenish sufficient stocks to achieve the agreed sales target.
• Participate when necessary in promotional events such as roadshows, sampling, and instore promotion activities.
• To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate diploma in any field.
• Good commercial and communication skills.
• Team player with positive attitude to build and maintain relationships.
• Initiative, result oriented in fast-paced environment and analytical.
• Willing to travel as and when required.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage and organize all quality control inspection and lab testing activities in order to succeed in achieving objective and effective control.
2. Oversee internal calibration program.
3. Manage and organize the implementation and internal auditing of GMP and HALAL requirement.
4. Manage and organize external auditing of GMP, HALAL and second party audit.
5. To set quality standard and plan by determine acceptance criteria and control of non- conformities.
6. Oversee of product quality, safety, process performance and product performance.
7. To conduct investigations and trouble –shooting on production deviation and customer’s complaints.
8. Responsible to check and improve new release of Branch Manufacturing Report before and after production completed.
9. To conduct daily spot checks in production areas and warehouses.
10. To approve product release, sampling instructions, specification, test methods, and other quality control procedures.
11. Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operation
12. Increaseproduction, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
13. Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
14. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
15. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
16. Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
17. To identify, propose and source consumables, equipment and machines related to Packing Plant and Quality Assurance.
18. To perform bulk inspection on incoming products and review on the product certificate of analysis based on the registered specification.
19. Keep up-to-date with the latest regulations applying to product compliance.
20. To keep track on the stability study report to ensure ongoing quality compliance of marketed products.
21. Accomplish any other ad hoc tasks and duties assigned by superior and management

Job Requirements:

· Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any field

· At least 1 year of relevant working experience

· Able to work independently and interact well with all levels of staffs

· Good numeracy, communication and interpersonal skills

· Good Computer literacy skills

· Monitor on sales information system and provide relevant business information on a timely basis

· Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as and when required.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and assist in any islandwide promotional activities or events such as performing health screening and mobile activities.
2. Support marketing and e-commerce administrative duties as and when required.
3. Provide consultation about health issues, nutrition and healthy diet in response to customer enquiries.
4. Arrange event set up, delivery and logistics.
5. Always keeps up to date on the market trend in term of product knowledge and latest nutritional finding.
6. Provide nutrition/machine training to the team.
7. Be responsible in outlet operation, merchandising & inventory management.
8. Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
2. Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
3. Able to motivate others and good team player with pleasant personalities.
4. Experience in product training in the health supplements industry will be an added advantage.
5. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
