Job Description:

A Civil Engineer plan and oversees the design, construction and maintenance of building and infrastructure projects. They hold a key position and involved from the feasibility stage through to completion of a construction project.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from conceptual design to project completion, requiring a strong technical foundation and exceptional problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a passion for creating impactful infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive site investigations and feasibility studies.
• Develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for projects.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Coordinate with architects, landscape architects, drafters, and other design professionals.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
• Utilize advanced engineering software and tools for design and analysis.
• Contribute to proposal development and client presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Identify new project opportunities and expand the company's market reach.

Experience and Competence Requirements:

• Minimum 5 Work Experience in various Construction Engineering Projects.
• Must have worked in the Civil Structural & Architectural Projects not limited to but including Renovation in Commercial and Residential Buildings.
• Preferred experience in construction projects involving Epoxy, Polyurethane (PU) Flooring, Fire rated walls, Major & Minor Upgrading/ Renovation Works, Building Maintenance Works, Water Proofing, Painting.
• Must have thorough knowledge of project engineering practices, design details, international codes and standards, procedures, and specifications under Singapore construction standards and industrial guidelines.
• Must have good experience in civil drafting & designing software like AutoCAD, STAD pro.
• Efficient communication and presentation skills and has a soft skill on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power-point).
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
