ROLE: TRADE AMBASSADOR

FUNCTION: ADVOCACY

LOCATION: SINGAPORE

Advocacy seeks to drive brand and drink recommendations by building relationships with influential bar staff

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

You will become the face and voice for our brands to the community, crafting and delivering the brand programming agreed in our sales, marketing and advocacy strategy. You will embody and represent the brand’s image and values externally and internally with the opportunity to leave your legacy as our Spirits expert.

Your deep knowledge about the Category, the Brands and their heritage along with your ability to inspire and excite consumers, partners and Primos about our products is the key to success in this role.

ABOUT YOU

For this role you must be self-confident, with personal drive and a strong work ethic to proactively seek opportunities for BACARDÍ. You must be a coach of Spirits, have top mixology skills, have good reputation in the industry and be social-media savvy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

· Develop loyalty with the trade, so they list and push Bacardi brands.

· Drive bar training in relevant outlets to promote Bacardi brands and educate the on premise on creating the perfect serve.

· Identify and ‘mentor’ bartenders to become ‘brand champions’ for Bacardi brands, so that they promote the brand to both consumers and to other bartenders.

· Lead advocacy programs i.e Barrels & Bees, Whisky Dinners and Highball Challenge

· Push additional listing of our brands and cocktails in key on trade account

· Able to conceptualize, execute and evaluate consumer promotions

· Manage HORECA and Cocktail Bars– You will be the key account manager for this segment

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be joining a fast-paced and high-growth team delivering innovative cyber threat intelligence services and solutions that protect our customers. You will maintain a rapidly growing client portfolio and ensure our users get the most value out of our products and services. You’ll be responsible for driving product usage and adoption, as well as facilitating account growth/retention via tailored success plans. You’ll leverage your prior experience in customer success and cyber security to foster successful and long term client relationships with Recorded Future. Recorded Future’s Intelligence Services mission is to partner with our clients to deliver successful security outcomes and business value from our solutions and services. Your days will be spent working closely with our clients to ensure that they are effectively using our intelligence cloud and services to positively impact a range of security functions including security operations, incident response, threat research, vulnerability management, risk, and geopolitical / physical threat teams.

What You’ll Do:

● Act as the primary point of contact for customer security teams including SOC, CTI, IR, GRC, Fraud, and more

● Drive product adoption across a diverse portfolio of the company’s clients across APJ

● Execute our client engagement strategy by delivering comprehensive Success Plans

● Manage and answer inquiries about our Intelligence Cloud, API/Integrations, and other services

● Identify, assess, and escalate account risk factors and orchestrate remediation efforts

● Work closely across the Intelligence Services Department and other teams — Onboarding, Training, Support, Operations — to construct and scale solutions across customer businesses

● Learn our platform, stay current on cybersecurity events, and build deep familiarity with the various customer security functions where we deliver value

● Regularly capture and internally share your customers’ experience with Recorded Future

● Be ultimately accountable for the overall health of each customer by ensuring high rates of customer adoption, growth, and retention

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

● Demonstrated experience in Customer Success and enablement principles

What you'll do as a Business Development Representative - Japan:

● Surface and develop qualified sales opportunities

● Work with inbound marketing to cultivate customer/prospect relationship

● Execute on outbound prospecting techniques and qualifying leads at a pace and quality to consistently hit and exceed monthly goals

● Log activity consistently and reliably in Salesforce.com

● Work collaboratively with Account Executive team across APJ to develop territory and strengthen pipeline

What you'll bring as a Business Development Representative - Japan:

This role: As the APJ Partner Sales Engineer you’ll work with our Channel Account Managers & Service Delivery Managers to develop and enable solutions with our Partners that will drive new revenue opportunities. You’ll develop and deliver presentations, training sessions, and demos to partner sales, presales and professional services teams. You should have a combination of engineering and analytical skills, as well as a business savvy mindset. A strong candidate will have information security experience and a strong interest to learn. Understanding of the security ecosystem and threat intelligence is required.

What you'll do as a Partner Sales Engineer:

● Meet with prospective and existing channel partners, understand requirements, field technical questions, and demonstrate Recorded Future capabilities

● Design solutions with prospective and existing channel partners to support go-to-market strategies

● Plan and manage product proof of concepts and partner product accesses

● Develop sample use-cases and analytic demos

● Establish relationships with technical points of contacts as trusted partner

● Enable partner sales teams with training and content to support partner growth

● Work with internal Recorded Future teams including Product Management, Marketing and Intelligence Services to formalize processes and support of Channel partnerships

● Address critical analytical, technical, and operational issues

What you'll bring as a Partner Sales Engineer:

● 6 + years experience in a pre-sales or comparable technical customer-facing role (e.g. trainer, consultant, etc.)

● Cyber security or threat intelligence experience

● Strong presentation skills

● Experience working with partnerships (e.g. VAR/VAD, System Integrators, Technology Partners) preferred

● Demonstrable understanding of information security technologies required (e.g. SIEM, endpoint security, network security, etc.)

● Familiarity with APIs and product integrations a plus

● Ability to collaborate and communicate with technical and non-technical personnel from deep geeks to top execs

● Willingness to travel at least 50%
