We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Associate cum driver to manage all aspects of our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and process incoming stock and materials.

• Pick and fill orders from stock.

• Pack and ship orders using appropriate shipping methods.

• Manage inventory and perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

• Adhere to all safety procedures and standards.

• Doing delivery stock to designated outlet or other shop that request by company.

Salary:

The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Working Conditions:

The Warehouse Associate required to work, weekends, and holidays as needed. Rest on weekday

· Check and handle incoming/outgoing item.

· Ensure the warehouse is well-maintained, neat, and tidy and goods are kept at the respective location

· Prepare goods for delivery

· Independent and quick-witted

· Candidates must have driving license.

.Ensure products are safely handled and packed according to requirements

.Helping delivery our item to each outlet

· Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license for delivery van.

· Ability to work independently

· Deliver stocks between outlets

· Deliver orders to customers

· Able to follow company’s route planning and ensure daily delivery are smooth and timely with scheduled

· Ability to work independently and acceot ad hoc duties

· Maintain company vehicle

· Able to work on weekend or PH (rotation)

• Provide support to Central Kitchen daily operation
• Coordinate work with Outlets and Central Kitchen
• To perform packing , receiving , and stock take
• Keying daily invoice
• Maintain tidy & cleanliness of kitchen
