• Handle all incoming sales inquiries from potential sales avenues, responding promptly and professionally to customer queries.
• Initiate and coordinate sales activities by engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and providing expert guidance on our products or services.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations that effectively communicate our products' or services' features and benefits to potential customers.
• Develop and nurture new and key accounts, working towards exceeding sales goals and objectives. Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to our customers, addressing their questions, and concerns, ensuring a smooth experience with our products or services.
• Actively follow up with customers to assess their needs and encourage potential orders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee the procurement of materials for assigned projects and tenders, ensuring that the necessary resources are available to meet customer demands.
• Assist in the company's marketing strategies, including website updates, ordering of catalogues, and coordination of trade shows. Collaborate with the marketing Department to promote the company's products and services effectively.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in relevant Engineering Fields
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience preferred.
• Possesses good communication skills and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Meticulous, self-motivated, positive working attitude and multitasking
• Preferably possess your own vehicle, petrol card and vehicle allowance will be provided on top of basic salary.

Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line support for key field service activities in line with client's requirements.
• Perform on-site maintenance service which includes preventive maintenance, testing & commissioning, troubleshooting and repair of service equipment.
• Preparation of service and calibration reports
• In-house repairs and service of portables & equipment
• Liaising directly with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
• Perform various relevant tasks required by your supervisor or manager for the proper functioning of the department.

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC / NITEC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience

Responsibilities:

• Follow up of Maintenance contracts to ensure continuity and to source for new maintenance contracts and close orders for maintenance.
• Inventory control for Service Division
• Assist in the field site testing where necessary.
• To perform calibration, engineering assessment, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, on-site installation, and commissioning
• Perform troubleshooting and recovery tasks.
• Provide technical services to maintain and troubleshoot different electrical systems.
• Follow preventive maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records.
• Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.
• Timely complete and submit all required paperwork.
