WARDE TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. was setup in year 2012 and WARDE TEC TAIWAN was established in year 2003 for Semiconductor market in Taiwan to support the Semiconductor customers in South Asia regions. WARDE TEC Taiwan headquarter and factory is located in Hsinchu City, Taiwan (R.O.C) near the major Semiconductor Industrial Park.
Our Company manufacture parts for both 200mm and 300mm Semiconductor Fabrication Plants and have been supporting to Semiconductor companies in Singapore, Malaysia, USA, Taiwan, China, Europe and Japan for more than 10 years. Our main products are CMP Polishing and Cleaner parts such as Membranes, Head Rebuilt parts, consumable parts and machine equipment parts.
Over the past 10 years, we have built confidence with our customers in terms of consumable parts, especially for High Performance Plastics and Rubber products in terms of quality and competitive pricing. We have also move from supporting CMP modules to other areas, such as CVD (NOVELLUS), PVD, Etch and Implantation for other parts overhaul services and consumable parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the team to receive and process orders accurately and promptly.
- Address and resolve any order discrepancies, delivery issues, or customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare delivery orders and other documents to local and overseas customers accurately and follow up promptly to close the internal process.
- Perform quality check selected repair products and compile the necessary documents (Basic Technical Training will be provided by our managers and trainers)
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and provide input to the team on stock availability and potential shortages.
- Support financial administrative tasks, such as generation of sales invoices, verification of staff expense claims, etc.
- Support purchase administrative tasks, such as generation of purchase orders, verification of purchase delivery orders, etc.
- Assist in maintaining and updating company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the organization.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Professional Certification, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Accounting or any related field.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the semiconductor industry or any related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
- Bilingual in both spoken and written Chinese and English - to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
