Job Description:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs.
• Collect, verifying and submitting to ensure all the delivery order documents from customer or in-house at the time of product delivery and collection.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
• Perform transportation duties as deployed by the supervisor and carry out the duties diligently as per instructed.
• Display teamwork within team to ensure productivity targets / KPIs are met.
• Responsible for daily routine checks and maintain the general cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Operating equipment and machines, such as vans, lorries, forklifts, etc.
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines and effectively prioritize and executes tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Assist in the management of the day to day operations and Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned by Company.

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years similar class driving experience with clean driving record.
• Possess Class 3/4 driving licence.
• Experience with goods handling preferred.
• Knowledge of GPS equipment preferred
• Capabilities of delivery route planning
• Healthy and fit to load and unload products up to 25kg
• Able to work OT, weekend and public holiday.
• Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
• Good communication skills.
