- Offering administrative and secretarial assistance to support departmental functions
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and mail
- Maintain office supplies and oversee inventory management
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for all documents
- Provide support for projects, including research, coordination, and execution of tasks
- Assist in tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress on key initiatives
- Running errands where required, i.e. to Notary Public office, Singapore Academy of Law, Embassies, clients' offices etc
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
- Convertible to full time / permanent.
What we're looking for
- At least a Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A level/College/ITE/Professional certificate or equivalent
- At least 1 year(s) working experience in a similar field
- Preferably junior executives specializing in clerical / administrative support or equivalent
- Have good computer application knowledge (eg., Excel, Words, Power Point, etc.)
- Have good phone etiquette, anticipation, analytical skills, with problem solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English
