Key responsibilities:

• Act as a brand custodian for a major global brand, ensuring that all content aligns with brand principles, guidelines, and tone of voice across social media channels.
• Review and validate social media assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines. 
• Conduct thorough reviews across Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X to verify that copy and content meet platform conventions and best practices. Flag and recommend necessary changes before final approval.

We are looking for a Media Artist to join our dedicated production team to create social media content for projects across the APAC region and beyond. Be part of something exciting and gain new insights and skills on what goes on behind the scenes.


What you will do

• Assist in social video production matters involving video editing, camera handling for filming and photography, production on set assistance, shoot preparation.

Our Account Management teams are an integral part of We Are Social, the first level of Account & Client Management within our structure. We look to you to support your team in delivering our core service areas in Consultancy, Strategy and Engagement.

Your role is focused on a day-to-day delivery. Your team leaders will help you manage your tasks and priorities, although we do expect you to take responsibilities here too. You need to be conducting business in an effective manner with attention to detail and accuracy in all communications either internal or external.

We do expect you to keep abreast of the industry and consume a wide variety of social media looking for emerging trends and best practices, educating not only your own team but also the wider team here at We Are Social.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Liaison between key stakeholders both internally and externally
• Monthly content planning and writing content briefs with local team for We Are Social’s Instagram page
• Posting of relevant quarterly global reports
• Understand the overall client business objectives and develop strategies as needed
• Assist the Account Manager and Account Director on day-to-day delivery of output
• Work with the wider team to ensure all content created is of the highest standards
• Attend briefings/meetings both internal, externally and prepare minutes
• Prepare and manage briefs and timelines as needed
• Respond promptly to clients’ concerns, feedback and request while ensuring regular updates on the statuses of each project/campaign
• Be meticulous and organised in content reviews and job filings

What are we looking for?

• Has experience working in an agency
• Ability to perform under stress to meet deadlines while still maintaining a high standard of output
• Understands basic agency processes while knowing the operational function of each department
• Attention to detail and organisation skills is a must
• Comfortable with writing, proofing and public speaking
• Skilled in MS office – PowerPoint, Word and Excel

We are looking for an Account Director who can lead client groups and teams to successfully plan and deliver services in one or more of our core service areas.

As an Account Director, we look to you to proactively lead and manage both your internal teams and your clients, delivering the best solutions that We Are Social can offer. You will have the responsibility, together with the wider Management Team, for developing and driving forward existing business, building, and developing your client relationships, demonstrating real ‘thought’ leadership and helping to bring in new business into the agency.

We also expect you to keep abreast of the industry for emerging trends and creative practices, educating not only your own team, but also the wider team at We Are Social. We also look to you to continually keep your clients updated and engaged with relevant industry practices.

Some of the key duties will include:

• Deliver account management leadership and ownership over assigned key client accounts, and new business opportunities by building enduring senior-level relationships between clients and the agency through trust, credibility, and expertise
• Shape and drive vision, direction, and activities for the accounts through a rigorous understanding of the key dynamics, strategies, and drivers of the clients’ businesses
• Lead operations and implementations of social-first but not social-only integrated marketing communications campaigns at a global and regional level
• In charge of setting the communications directions given to various agency departments ensuring that the Client brief is clear and actionable, able to give direction for multiple projects and accounts
• Maintain timeline and ensure delivery for key milestones including presentations, approvals and production and media implementations
• Control the financial health of assigned key client accounts as well as detail-oriented adherence to all related project financial administrative requirements – job charges, campaign budgets and cost controls
• Inspire, coach, and nurture the growth and progression of the assigned account management team
• Building strong internal relationships across each department to ensure a good working environment between all departments
• Champion the Agency’s vision and mission 

What are we looking for?

• Experience in delivering digital and/or social-led campaigns; with knowledge of digital, content, media, analytics and reporting, offline application, and production
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work individually on a project and/or in a team environment
• Brings to the position outstanding organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast-paced environment
