Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Intermediate Interior, FF&E Designer, industrial designer to join our team. This role involves collaborating on various projects, providing innovative design solutions, and ensuring the functional and aesthetic goals of our clients are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform the design documentation of interior design projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, budget, and timeline from conceptualisation to preparing detailed documentation for construction procurement.

- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings to visualize design concepts.

- Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to develop design strategies that align with both the firm’s design language and the project objectives

- Source materials and furnishings that fit the design specifications and budget requirements.

- Prepare FF&E design specifications for procurement team to execute

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Accounting and Finance Executive to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of our company by managing day-to-day financial operations, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Report to finance director

- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

- Prepare quotations and invoices, and payment reminders

Role Overview and Responsibilities:

The Senior Project Architect assists staff and Project Managers in assuring that the technical content of our designs meet the architectural professional standard of care. The Senior Project Architect receives requests for advice related to code compliance, coordination with other consultants, constructability, and quality assurance. Requests are received on a varied assortment of ongoing projects in all phases of completion.

The Senior Project Architect also mentors staff in understanding the reasoning behind answers and facilitates their exploration into related standards and concepts. This role is essential for ensuring the buildability and execution of high-end bespoke residential and bespoke , coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, and directly liaising with our network of builders, craftsman and artisans to bring our design blueprints to life.

The successful candidate will be a technically proficient architect with strengths in working drawing production, detailing, code knowledge, and staff mentoring. Fluency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe CC is required, and extensive technical experience is a high priority.

● Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in responsible positions in architecture and/or general construction.

● Extensive technical documentation experience in DD, CD and CA phases

● Extensive experience in a wide range of high end custom residential, commercial retail, hospitality, and restaurant projects, and development feasibility services.

● Understanding of contract relationships in development projects and professional liability exposure.

● Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills, including being a quick but safe study of unique situational conditions.

● Specific professional skills in Project Management, Interior and Exterior Custom Detailing, Code Research, and Specification Writing.

● Conduct site visits and project meetings to ensure compliance with design specifications and to manage any on-site challenges.

● Maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring continuous communication and satisfaction through project delivery.

● Strong knowledge of construction know-how and construction methodologies

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1a. Concepts Design Responsibility. You will take ownership in the design team of the architectural design through participating in the design thinking processes and exercising cross-checks of all drawing sets and methodological processes incurred within team production’s framework to ensure the efficient adherence of organizational wide quality standards and guiding principles for delivery to deadlines

1b. Conceptual Design’s Presentation. You will be expected to put up good and convincing presentation materials which display fully the design concepts, for effective communication with the clients.

1c. Detailed Design. You are expected to generate and update top quality of shop drawings, detailed design of building and sketches from conceptual design through to construction.

2. Project’s Administration. You will be required to record and document site progress, minute of meetings, work tracker report; and provide these reports in timely manner to the project manager in order to help your project manager to complete his weekly/monthly team’s progress report to the CEO and CDO.

3. Project’s Documentation. You will assist the project manager in relevant authority submission, and make necessary consultations with Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and other authority for tenancy works of the premises including change of use submissions, Outdoor Refreshment Area(ORA) submission to URA and obtaining Building Plan approvals from relevant authorities department.

4. Communication & Presentation Skills. You possess a good command of English and have good presentation skills to communicate your intentions.

The FF&E interior designer will:

Key Responsibilities

· To understand the design project

· To prepare, and develop with the team where required, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design

· To co-ordinate the internal design team for the project.

· To take responsibility for the development of the design and the project with input from the Associate Partner or Partner in charge for key project stages.

· To liaise, where appropriate, with members of the external design team and other associated organisations or companies.

· Thorough knowledge of and compliance with F+P procedures and standards.

· To contribute, or otherwise assist, as required.· Able to demonstrate ability to undertake the above responsibilities.

· Have an Industry recognised diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture.
