Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support
- Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone and or email.
- Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call-back to customers when necessary
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess minimum 'O' Levels or an equivalent qualification
- Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in customer service or call centre is advantageous
- Able to converse in two or more languages
Working Hours: (maximum of 44 hours a week)
- 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
- May be required to work on a Saturday on occasions

Other Information:
- Starting basic salary range of $1,600 to $1,800
- Training will be provided
- 12 weeks probation period apply
- Other incentives and allowances may apply upon confirmation
