Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and drive HR Projects with HQ or countries who are running in parallel and set up a system to monitor, track progress, identify roadblocks and monitor the delivery

· Conduct HR compliance related activities with internal or external parties

· Support on management committee operations to support the day-to-day operations of the Management Committee and ensure the achievement of the company's strategy and the Committee's key projects

· HR Data analysis for supporting key HR decision or business success

Work with country HR on some national key projects and provide compliance or professional opinions. Or be responsible for HR work in some small scale countries

Qualifications

· Bachelor degree with 8 years of HR experiences

· Ideally worked in highly matrixed and complex work environments (Large MNCs, start-ups, internet companies)

· Proven communication capabilities and stakeholder management ability with not just in-country employees but HQ colleagues as well;

· Possesses strong experience in project management: Project Chartering, Resource reallocation;

· Self-driven, conscientious, strong adaptability and fast learner; able to work in a fast-paced environment, deadline driven, and extremely well organized;

· Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams and operating in ambiguous environments.

Fluency in both English and Mandarin to deal with international stakeholders and stakeholders who are based in HQ

Roles & Responsibilities

· Design, deploy, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and consistent delivery of software to production.

· Administer, scale, and optimize Kubernetes (k8s) deployments, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance for all applications.

· Architect and maintain microservices infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication, efficient scaling, and robust security.

· Implement, customize, and oversee monitoring solutions for proactive detection of system anomalies and performance bottlenecks.

· Lead capacity planning and resource management efforts, leveraging pressure testing to benchmark, tune, and enhance system performance.

· Swiftly identify, troubleshoot, and remediate issues affecting critical service operations, ensuring maximum uptime and minimal disruption to users.

· Proactively participate in the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure uniformity in operational tasks.

· Manage high-severity incidents and events with significant customer impact, focusing on rapid detection, analysis, and recovery while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

· Innovate and develop automated operational tools and systems to minimize manual interventions and streamline processes.

Collaborate closely with development, QA, and business teams to align infrastructure and operations with organizational goals and customer needs.

Knowledge & Competencies:

· Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields

· Hands-on experience with at least one of the programming languages: Bash, Go, Python

· Good command of Linux environment with deep understanding of the Linux Operating System, including Kernel, Memory, Process, Threads, Static / Shared Libraries, IPC, Signals

· Understanding of standard networking protocols such as HTTP, DNS, SSL, TCP/IP, ICMP

· Experience in large-scale distributed environments. Familiarity with distributed systems including the CAP Theorem, Microservices

· Experience with container technology such as Docker, Kubernetes

· Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Zabbix

· Strong sense of ownership, customer service, and integrity demonstrated

· Passion for eliminating repetitive manual processes using automation

· Fast learning ability and a good team player

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with internal and external development teams, participate in system architecture design, implement business requirements, and verify the feasibility of development plans.

2. Participate in system capacity estimation and planning design, implement the required resources, and optimize system operation costs.

3. Be responsible for testing the codes delivered by the development teams, deploying and maintaining the system on the cloud, and ensuring high business stability.

4. Collaborate with product and development teams to troubleshoot, correct errors, and optimize systems in a timely manner, improving operational efficiency.

5. Ensure the stability and reliability of business systems, and provide service optimization suggestions and technical support.

6. Be responsible for the continuous iteration and optimization of operation work towards automation and standardization, constantly improving the overall quality of online services.

Requirements

1. Proficient in scripting languages such as Shell/Python/Go with more than five years of relevant development experience; familiar with containerized development, and priority will be given to Kubernetes community contributors.

2. Familiar with Linux kernel, with practical experience in kernel networking, storage, file systems, memory, scheduler, and cgroup.

3. Able to proficiently troubleshoot system layer and network layer performance issues and failures.

4. Possess senior Kubernetes operation experience, familiar with helm, and have in-depth business high availability and disaster recovery architecture optimization practice experience.

5. Have operation experience with open-source software such as Etcd, Zookeeper, HDFS, Kafka, ELK, Nginx, Pulsar, MySQL, Redis, LVS, and Keepalived.

6. Possess strong learning ability, crisis and risk awareness, strong owner mindset, and able to withstand significant work pressure.

7. Candidates with experience in internal system development/operation and maintenance at large-scale internet companies are preferred, as well as those familiar with Tencent Cloud architecture and services.
