Job Description

• Develop creative architectural designs for buildings and structures, considering aesthetic, functional, and safety requirements.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Oversee the architectural aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure that all design and construction work complies with legal codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
• Meet with clients to discuss their project goals, requirements, and budget.
• Provide design solutions that meet client expectations while adhering to structural and spatial requirements.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with approved designs.
• Solve problems or provide adjustments to the designs as issues arise during the construction process.
• Prepare architectural documentation, including plans, elevations, and detailed working drawings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional licensing as an architect (depending on the country or region's requirements).
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering tools for visualization.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in architectural design.
• Experience in managing both residential and commercial projects is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and other team members.
• Ability to present designs and concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
