- Carry out project planning, scheduling, good documentation system and project management.
- Prepare, review and submit all detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical details and risk assessment plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections, undertake project status review meetings/safety meetings in ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
- Lead a team of professional and technical site staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations.
- Ensure adherence to project scope and requirements.
- Provide timely project progress reporting to Management.
- Work closely with clients, project team, relevant authorities and subcontractors.
- Control and monitor work progress and ensure work quality, smooth delivery, and timely completion of projects.
- Ensure the successful handover of all projects handled.
Skill Preferable:
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience in the construction industry.
- Strong technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
