Responsibilities
- Selling to independent stores.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Be able to write and reply emails accordingly
- Check sales email and follow up
- Answer queries by clients & customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Identify gaps from collecting users’ data and market sentiments for further product enhancements.
- Managing sales related enquiries and orders
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Prepare quotation and follow up with client closely.Provide customer service and answer sales enquiry to customers
- Provide administrative support where required, including arranging of shipment and assisting with data preparation.
Requirement
- Construction materials sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and also within a team
- 5 days work a week
