As a member of our agency, you will play a key role in assisting our social media team in creating, editing, and conceptualizing content across our channels.

Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on social media, able to identify, and leverage on opportunities for partnerships.
• Curate and generate compelling, high-quality content for social media channels, encompassing well-crafted written posts, captivating images, and engaging videos.
• Implement a meticulously planned content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of social media content, considering seasonal trends, industry events, and company announcements.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using advanced analytics tools, providing regular reports and valuable insights to refine strategies, enhance audience reach, and maximize engagement.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams ensuring alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to identify social media trends, benchmark against industry competitors, and recommend strategic differentiators to fortify our company's social media presence.
• Stay well-informed about relevant industry regulations and compliance guidelines, meticulously ensuring that all social media content strictly adheres to legal and ethical standards.
• Assist in planning and coordinating content shoots.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless and productive workflow.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in photography, video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design is a plus.
• Familiarity with creating engaging visuals, videos, and captions.
• Strong ability to write creative, concise, and error-free captions and content.
• Proficiency in platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

DESCRIPTION

Your role as an executive assistant will require you to play a key role in supporting and empowering our senior leadership. You will be a proactive problem solver with experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers. Attention to detail is a must. The role’s duties and responsibilities enclosed within are not an exhaustive list and are subject to change and your manager may ask you to assist with other tasks from time to time. You will work closely and report to the CEO and COO, who will rely on your flexibility and consistency as well as your ability to maintain confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Support the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations are running efficiently.
• Manage professional scheduling and calendar management for CEO and COO including agendas, email, mail, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics.
• Provide administrative and office support, including spreadsheets, filing systems, and contact databases.
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
• Organise team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site.
• Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
• Maintain and refine internal processes that support senior executives, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
• Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
• Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
• Assist in ideating and implementing campaign strategies and timeline, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
• Assist in preparing and presenting decks and campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or proven relevant work experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.

You will work closely and report to the Chief Operating Officer, and as a key member of our agency, you will be working closely with both our internal team and external partners to craft paid social content on creators’ platforms (TikTok). You will get hands-on experience on how to pitch for Creators to established brands and agencies, execute the campaigns and optimize for good results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary contact for all communication and liaison with clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for creators by assigning campaigns and leading in creation of proposals and briefs
• Serve as the liaison between client and creators
• Analyse incoming briefs and ideate TikTok campaigns in partnership with creators, providing recommendations throughout the execution process
• Work with creators in developing storyboards and concepts that meet client objectives
• Maintain rapport with creators and clients to scale business growth on behalf of the company
• Participate in creative and social brainstorms
• Track analytics and performance of campaigns, advise clients on post-campaign key learnings and recommendations in order to grow key accounts
• Maintain thorough knowledge of social metrics (growth, reach, engagement) across platforms and provide tactics and strategy where necessary
• Ideate with internal team, creators, and clients for original content based on campaign briefs
• Identify the up-and-coming trends and creators that are current in pop-culture (we’re looking for someone who knows everything Gen-Z!)

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• At least one year of relevant social media agency experience
• Strong understanding of trends on social media and across social media platforms
• Ability to cope with tight deadlines with strong project management skills
• Highly organised and adept and managing multiple projects at once
• Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with a team
• An avid user of social media across all platforms, but particularly short-form content!
• Current knowledge of current trends, events, and everything related to pop-culture and social media
• Willingness to learn and be challenged
• Proficient in creating content (static content and short-form content is key, so familiarity with iPhone tools and apps is necessary)
• Interest and ability to analyse data around user engagement, viewership, and social media activity
