Provide administrative support to the Management.
Ensure efficient operations and management of the facilities within the property.
Provide concierge service as well as attend to residents’ needs or enquiries and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Escalate service-related enquiries / feedback to the Management.
Oversee and coordinate the activities and works of vendors and contractors and provide the Management with reports on vendor's and contractors’ performance, quality and value of works when required.
Communicate house rules and health & safety requirements to visitors and contractors.
Ensure the proper maintenance of the facility and property and identify problematic facilities and report to the Management.
Identify hazards and assess risk within the assigned areas of responsibility.
Manage the administration, usage of computerised systems / softwares as well as deployed systems.
Perform basic troubleshooting and replacement of equipment.
Any other duties as assigned within the scope of the job to meet the needs and requirements of the property and/or the Mangement.
Requirements
Customer-oriented with polite and professional demeanour.
High attention to detail.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a service sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good command of English (Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing).
Able to perform 6-day work week including weekends and Public Holidays.
