**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircon Lead Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and possess expertise in troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, repair, technical support, hardware, refrigerant handling, preventive maintenance, and related tasks. The Aircon Lead Technician will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating air conditioning projects, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conducting maintenance, repair, and installation of air conditioning systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with HVAC systems
- Providing technical support to team members and clients
- Handling refrigerants in compliance with safety regulations
- Performing preventive maintenance on aircon units
- Leading a team of technicians to ensure project completion within deadlines
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair
- Diploma or Post Secondary qualification in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
