Design and building of infrastructure/ Water plant / building engineering works (Civil / Structural)
Conducting technical feasibility study, life cycle study and planning for building engineering.
Preparation of design report, calculation, drawings, specification, cost estimation and details / schedules for projects.
Assist Project Manager in up-keeping the project ISO quality documentation and records.
Evaluation of tenders and preparation of tender assessment reports.
Assist Professional Engineer in liaison preparation and follow up of authority submission.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years hands-on design experience in building and/or infrastructure projects
Good project management and technical skills
Familiar with local code and authority submission procedures
Team player and able to work independent with minimal supervision
Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM
Good communication skills; ability to work well in a team
Must hold valid Singapore License
