Responsibilities:
1. support the client's data centre services through 24/7 monitoring of the infrastructure
2. Act as level 1 escalation point for on-site operational incidents, respond & perform remote request within SLA
3. Coordinate and provide support to vendor as well as inspect completed work
4. Plan all preventive maintenance activities
5. Generate accurate & regular reports when required
Requirement:
• Min 2 years’ experience in Data Centre
• Have knowledge in using Microsoft.
• Able to work shift work.
Working Hours
Shift work 12hrs. 3 work 4 off, 4 work 3 off.
So per mth 16 days (176 hrs)
