Qualifications:

• 8 years of Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in aerospace/metal machining/precision engineering industry.
• Conversant with machining, brazing, stamping and heat treat. NDT knowledge is preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of material engineering and technology management in manufacturing business.
• Demonstrated leadership effectiveness (EI) in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience communicating effectively at all levels of organization (both internally and externally) and engage a multicultural workforce.

Education Requirements:

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan and perform tasks related to facilities, upgrading and repairing machinery and equipment.
• Contact outside vendors for specialized repairs or new components. Review quotes and make recommendations for cost effective services. Interface with vendors on major overhaul services.
• Conduct basic maintenance training on machinery and equipment for end users.
• Troubleshoot machinery malfunctions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery used in production department. Change oil, check electrical connections, change belts, filter systems, etc. Maintain updated records of repairs and completed preventative maintenance work.
• Identify and purchase critical spares for preventive maintenance.
• Identify probable causes of potential failure of machinery & equipment and arrange for preventive repair and replacement to minimize machine downtime.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in maintenance work area and stores.
• Review cleaning logs to ensure the facilities are cleaned on schedule.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
• Ensuring Compliance of in-house safety rules and procedures by all vendors
• Supervising contractors performing maintenance jobs
• Quarterly cost saving and safety project on equipment maintenance
• Work within budgeted expense allocated by the business
• Drive and improve cost of annual maintenance as well as improve the OEE (overall equipment efficiency) of the machines

Requirements:

Core Responsibilities:

• Administer Human Resources policies, procedures, standards and government regulations. Acts as liaison between employees and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations.
• Support talent acquisition processes; actively involved in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and plan manufacturing process sequence, from receipt of raw materials till finished parts shipment.
• Develop new processes solid modeling and create/update work instructions, in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.

• To perform quality assurance functions with regard to the product (jet engine components), process and maintain quality management system while ensuring compliance with all related government agencies, aviation authorities and customers’ requirements and regulations.
• Establish quality procedures and quality control instructions.
• Liaise with customers / vendors / suppliers on non-conformance activities, perform root cause analysis and determine effective corrective actions to reduce or eliminate the cost of poor quality.
• Perform internal audits to evaluate quality system, products and processes (ISO9001 / AS9100 / NADCAP).
• Perform vendors’ and on-site audits as required.
• Uphold customers’ and regulatory authorities’ requirements.
• To carry-out other QA functions as required.

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years’ of relevant experience in Aerospace QA environment.
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiar with ISO9001 / AS9100 Quality Management System requirements.
• Experience in using problem-solving tools including fishbone diagrams, FMEA and 5-whys methodology.

• Familiarity with audit covering special processes including heat treatment, plasma coating, NDT would be a plus
• Experience in metallurgical laboratory evaluations would be advantageous
