Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming/ outgoing stock at the retail store
• Perform quantity and quality checks for the incoming stock
• Ensure that the stock quantity tallied with delivery orders before receiving in the POS system
• Update the inventory system for all incoming and outgoing stock movements
• Prepare display tags for the sales floor (e.g. anti-theft tag, price tag)
• Replenish store items on a timely basis and ensure sufficient stock on hand
• Arrange stock in the storeroom as per Standard Operating Procedures
• Housekeep storeroom for easy retrieval of stock
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of storeroom
• Update the inventory/ storeroom layout according to guidelines

Requirements:

• At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
• Responsible, well-organised and have an eye for details
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and IT devices such as scanners, tablet and inventory software
• Physically fit
• Willing to work retail hours including on weekends and public holidays

You will conceptualise, implement creative designs spanning from in-store usage to online representation of the brands’ activities and campaigns, convert print colours to web safe colours and ensure acceptable file sizes for web & videos for brands assigned to you. You are also required to work closely with colleagues and external vendors to create effective marketing campaigns to support online marketing projects. In addition, you will work on ad hoc projects such as events, in-store activations and develop engaging artworks that showcase the brand and event concept.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Graphic / Multi-Media Design
• At least 4 years of relevant experience preferably in a fashion retail environment for Diploma and Certificate holders
• Knowledge of graphics design, exhibition design, advertising and window display design. Web design knowledge with Dreamweaver, Flash , HTML, CSS is a plus
• Proficient in computer graphics, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva
• Knowledge of graphics layout and final artwork
• Possess good fashion and visual senses
• Demonstrate artistic/ creative flair and have an eye for typography
• Team player who thrives in a result-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Keeps themselves updated with the latest styles and trends in the industry and apply onto own work
